Working Diligent !!!
Toners are made of resin, chromophoric pigments, defecated carbon black, iron oxides, wax, silicic acid and particular metal salts which are needed to control the electro-magnetic parts. How the toner composition varies depends on the construction, the requirements, the print quality and the performance.
With regard to the chemical composition of this particulate matter one has to be very careful when changing the cartridge. Try to avoid any formation of dust and if necessary try to use a mask in order to avoid breathing in the dust. Afterwards it is very important to wash hands in order to prevent allergies.
Because a one component toner has bigger particles than a two component one, working with it is much healthier. The dust of a two component toner is fine granulation and therefore unhealthy as it can easier get into the respiratory system.
